WORKSTATIONS AVAILABLE

Need a quiet and conducive place to work? Aliwal Arts Centre has affordable workstations available for immediate rental for short and long terms. Each desk comes with a large amount of storage space for filing, along with access to discussion areas and a large meeting room. Daily inspiration available for free from the conservation district, as well as from the friendly tenants. 

VENUE FOR HIRE

Within the building are various types of shared facilities for rental to the arts community including a performance space, multi-purpose rooms, music studios, storage rooms, shared office cubicles and lockers. These spaces and facilities are in an environment of old school charm, and within a cultural district which provide the perfect setting for inspiration and creative work.

Situated at Kampong Glam within the city centre, Aliwal Arts Centre is easily accessible via public buses along Beach Road and Victoria Street, and is 400 meters away from the Nicoll Highway MRT station (Circle Line). Other nearby MRT stations are Bugis and Lavender (East West Line).

ABOUT PLACE MANAGER

The National Arts Council (NAC), landlord of Aliwal Arts Centre, has appointed Arts House Limited as the Place Manager (PM) for Aliwal Arts Centre. The PM will manage all matters relating to the hire of the shared facilities including rental agreements and collection of rental fees. For enquiries and bookings, please contact aac@artshouse.sg.
